- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add spaghetti noodles and cook al-dente, according to package directions. Drain. Return warm noodles to pot.
- Next, slice green onions, mince garlic, and peel and grate the ginger.
- Add sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, hot chili oil, rice vinegar, and vegetable oil to the pot of warm noodles. Stir to combine.
- Add green onions, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
- Cover the pot and let rest for 20 minutes, allowing the noodles to soak in all the ingredients.
