Ingredients
  

  • 1 16-oz package spaghetti noodles
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon hot chili oil
  • 3 green onions sliced

Directions
 

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add spaghetti noodles and cook al-dente, according to package directions. Drain. Return warm noodles to pot.
  2. Next, slice green onions, mince garlic, and peel and grate the ginger.
  3. Add sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, hot chili oil, rice vinegar, and vegetable oil to the pot of warm noodles. Stir to combine.
  4. Add green onions, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  5. Cover the pot and let rest for 20 minutes, allowing the noodles to soak in all the ingredients.
