Ingredients

  • 1 16-oz package spaghetti noodles
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon hot chili oil
  • 3 green onions sliced

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add spaghetti noodles and cook al-dente, according to package directions. Drain. Return warm noodles to pot.
  • Next, slice green onions, mince garlic, and peel and grate the ginger.
  • Add sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, hot chili oil, rice vinegar, and vegetable oil to the pot of warm noodles. Stir to combine.
  • Add green onions, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  • Cover the pot and let rest for 20 minutes, allowing the noodles to soak in all the ingredients.
