Making chunky guacamole at home is surprisingly simple, and with just a few fresh ingredients, you can whip up a version that rivals any restaurant’s.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium avacodos
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons red onion chopped
  • 1-2 small jalapenos chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 lime juiced

Directions
 

  1. Spoon the avocados into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Using a fork, smash the avocados slightly. Add in the salt, pepper, cilantro, garlic, and cumin. Mix until combined.
  3. Add in the diced jalapeno, onion, tomatoes, and the juice of one lime. Stir in until evenly distributed.
  4. Taste and add in more salt, pepper, and lime juice if desired.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
