Big Mac Sauce
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Mix well again.
- Add in the sugar, starting with one tablespoon. Taste, and add more sugar if you prefer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving, to allow the flavors to meld together.
Smash Tacos
- Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and roll them into balls.
- To a tortilla, center a ball of ground beef and press the meat into a thin layer. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Heat the oil over medium-high heat and place the tortilla meat side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip. Continue to cook another 2-3 minutes. Add a slice of cheese and allow cheese to melt.
Assemble the Tacos
- Spread a spoonful of sauce onto each taco.
- Top with shredded lettuce, onion, and pickle slices.
- Drizzle with additional sauce. Serve and enjoy!
